What are credits?

Making a video costs credits. Before you tap Generate you see exactly how many: it depends on the length of the dance and how many people are in it. The subscription gives you fresh credits every period and, if you run out, you can buy more; purchased credits never expire.

If a video fails

If we can't create your video, your credits are refunded automatically.

Cancel your subscription

Your subscription is managed in your Apple account: on your iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Dancezy AI. You can cancel anytime and it stays active until the end of the paid period.

Restore your purchases

On the subscription screen in the app, tap "Restore". If you saved your account with Apple, continue with Apple from Profile and get everything back.

Delete your account and data

In the app: Profile → Delete my account and data. Your photos, videos and account are deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription: cancel it separately.
